Effective protection against rust and corrosion
Corrosion protection is one of the most common primary requirements for surface treatment. Air pollution, acid rain and coastal environments promote corrosion (rust formation), and can lead to unexpectedly short operating times for corrosion-protective surface treatment.
In order to obtain the right surface treatment for protection for the desired service life, it is necessary to consider the functional requirements for the surface treatment, including resistance to:
- Moisture
- Chemicals
- Temperatures
- Slid
as well as the usage-related functions such as:
- Cleaning
and finally the aesthetic features such as:
- Shine
- Color
On the basis of this, we prepare a treatment specification that i.a. describes:
- Corrosion protection for corrosion category (ISO 12944-5)
- Substrate Cleansing / pretreatment
- Paint system
- Application Specification and Requirements for quality documentation.

OMØ Industriservice is approved by the Ministry of the Environment for the execution of internal corrosion protection in steel tanks with coating of the entire inner surface of the tank with type-approved epoxy coating.
